Our ebike batteries are only available for sale and shipping within Germany.
Our other battery products, including tool batteries, laptop batteries, and digital camera batteries, can be shipped to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, and Hungary.
All prices quoted include statutory VAT. If you decide to place an order as a corporate customer, you can enter your company details here, which will also be listed on the invoice.
Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Germany, typically using DHL and DPD for delivery.
The shipping cost within Germany is €3.9.
For the aforementioned EU countries, the shipping cost is €9.9.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to ensure your order is shipped promptly, which may sometimes make it impossible to change or cancel the order. In such cases, you can return the order within the 30-day return period. By default, refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original order. The average processing time is 1-2 business days.
Legally, you have a 14-day withdrawal right. We extend this period to 30 days after receiving your order. This means you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. If your order (or part of it) is unnecessary, in poor condition, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or defective, you can submit a return request. Next, you may see a red light that will turn green over time. These steps seem very simple, but there is more to charging an electric bike battery. That's why we give the following tips:
Charge the electric bike battery only when necessary, for example, if the charge status indicator shows one line. Never leave the electric bike battery on the charger for longer than necessary. Do not charge overnight. Charge the battery in a dry room at room temperature.
The cost of a new bike battery depends on the brand, type, and capacity of the battery. Whether it is an original battery or a compatible battery also plays a role. The average price of original batteries ranges from 200 to 800 euros. The average cost of compatible batteries is between 300 and 500 euros.
Smart batteries are electric bike batteries with a smart battery management system (BMS). The SMART system has several advantages. For example, SMART batteries can provide more information, easily exchange data between the display and the motor, and stop charging when the battery is fully charged.
The main difference between original electric bike batteries and compatible electric bike batteries is the brand. In addition, the price also plays a role. Original batteries are usually more expensive than compatible batteries.
When using it for the first time, we recommend fully charging the battery before use, then riding the electric bike until it is nearly exhausted (about 5% to 10% remaining). Repeat this process three to five times to fully utilize the battery's capacity. It is important to charge empty batteries promptly.
There are several ways to extend the life of an electric bike battery. Here are some tips to improve charging and cycling life:
Improving Charging Life Ensure that the charging cycles are as short as possible. A charging cycle means fully discharging and charging the electric bike battery. Therefore, discharge and charge the battery monthly. Also, ensure the following:
During charging, keep your bike battery in a room with controlled room temperature. Make sure the battery is never placed on the charger for more than 24 hours.
Improving Battery Life While Riding We also offer some tips to extend battery life during bike trips. Therefore, pay attention to the following:
Ensure your tire pressure is normal. This means you consume less extra energy. Do not ride with pedal assist. This requires the bike battery to provide a lot of energy. Do not set the gear too high. Slow and high-speed pedaling consumes extra energy from the bike battery. Shift gears in a timely manner. Always try to start with a light gear and only shift to a higher gear when pedaling faster. Make sure the battery is not fully discharged while riding. Wipe dry the battery contacts before charging.
