Battery Disposal Notice

1. Free Return of Used Batteries

Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. You are legally required to return used batteries to ensure proper disposal. You can return used batteries at local collection points or retail stores. As a supplier, we are also obliged to take back used batteries of the type we sell. You can send these batteries to us (postage paid) or return them to our warehouse address free of charge.

2. Meaning of Battery Symbols

Batteries are marked with a crossed-out wheelie bin symbol, indicating they must not be disposed of with household waste. For batteries containing more than 0.0005% mercury, 0.002% cadmium, or 0.004% lead, the chemical symbol for the respective pollutant is indicated below the bin: “Cd” for cadmium, “Pb” for lead, and “Hg” for mercury.
